Costa de Valencia, Spanish language school, offers Spanish language courses all the year round, from Monday to Friday, in the morning and in the afternoon. It is possible to begin a Spanish course (regardless of your level) every Monday of the year.

Our Spanish classes in Valencia consist of small groups, with an average of 4-5 students and a maximum of 8 students per class, with similar knowledge of the language.

Our Spanish language institute, Costa de Valencia, has been tested and recognized by the Instituto Cervantes. This accreditation guarantees a a professional language course of consistent high-quality.

Our Spanish courses are given by native speakers and experienced E/LE (Español como Lengua Extranjera) teachers. Teachers undergo a strict selection before joining the Costa de Valencia team. Careful selection of teachers and continuing education are taken into consideration. Our teaching staff is made up of young, motivated teachers that succeed in involving the students and help them enjoy a pleasant stay in Spain.

The learning material for the intensive Spanish courses and all other spanish courses are written carefully, updated and improved by our teaching staff and is included in the price of the course.

Many different levels are available: from basic, for those who don’t have any knowledge of the Spanish language, to advanced, for those who can already speak Spanish well. All our courses and levels are designed according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages.

In order to guarantee the success of students and avoid forming groups of students of different levels, the following concessions will be made if necessary:

• In Intensive Courses, in the event that there is only one student, the class will be reduced to two individual classes of 45 minutes, and in the event that there are only 2 students in the class, the class will be reduced to 3 sessions of 45 minutes, keeping the original price.
• In the complementary courses, in the event that there is only one student, the duration of the class will be reduced to 66% of the original duration.

Before you start your Spanish course, you will undergo a written and a spoken level test, so that our teachers can put you in the most suitable Spanish class for you. You will also have a little chat with one of our teachers. This test takes places outside the school lessons and is free of charge.

At the end of your Spanish course in Spain, you will be issued a certificate that confirms the level of Spanish you have reached in Costa de Valencia, Spanish language school. To obtain this certificate you must be present at least 80% of the total duration of the course.
Before the termination of the course you will have to realise another written and oral test, to certify the level you have reached. The result of this test and the participation of the lessons form the final mark. To pass the test and to complete the adequate level you need at least 5 points.

If you need an official certificate, we recommend you the Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE). These certificates are issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education and officially verify knowledge in Spanish as a foreign language.

Furthermore, the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry Madrid in co-operation with the Universtiy of Alcalá de Henares offers special certificates verifying Spanish knowledge in the field of economy and commerce. These certificates are reputed by educational institutions and companies all over the world.

We offer up to 4 daily activities. Taking part in such activities, you will have the chance to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the lessons.
